Goodwood track day !video content!

Went to goodwood for a track day at the weekend. Was great fun, fast track. the NQSBBK worked well but struggled with the heat.

Here is a video. Apologies for the poor quality but my little brother also use this camera and has got his greasy fingers all over the lense  (He is only 11)

Looks like you had a good day Bendy, lucky with the weather    Worth taking a punt this time of the year for a cheap track day, I haven't made it down to Goodwood yet but will do this year, looks good

Yeah was a great day. Bit of an atmosphere at goodwood as well.

Yes is a nice track, not alot of run off if you get it wrong but as long as your not trying to been a record that should not be a problem.

Going to try getting back there in the summer. They are a bit slow updating the website but I have got a list of dates for the year if your interested.

Just had a quick look at Track Day Organiser calenders and can only see Gold Track on 31st July, do Goodwood do their own track days? if you have any dates I'll see if I can get down there

I believe they do their own days.

Goodwood looks a nice circuit - Well marked out and not too boring.

I enjoyed the vid, bendy   - DSG paddle extensions and car sound was good.

That is tempting. I might not take the car on track but will come down to meet you Neil, and maybe sneak myself a passenger ride in your lovely GTI 

If I have some funds available nearer the time and there is still space I could get on the afternoon or morning session

Thanks Robin. Yes really pleased with how the car is now, engine wise anyway. Could just do with better brakes and some stiffer arbs.

If you are after a cheapish Goodwood Track Day the Eve appeal one at the end of November is pretty good.
