Hi there guys and girls. Been on here floating around and you said that it was ok to post my car up so here she is. I share it with my twin bro. I copied this off another form im in which i down a write up for ;)

Long and behold and mostly over due, My first car. The VW Polo ;)

On Christmas Day 2011 i was completely gob smacked as my Dad surprised me and my bro with our first car. i just didnt know what to say at the time and he tought we didnt like it haha and my mum was crying lol. I dont have any pictures of when i go it but but dont a few weeks after when i washed it.

This was sat on our drive for about 5 months as we finished to pass our tests. But we did go out alot to pratice with my parents. And the added moving it around the drive a lot hahaha.

My dad brought this from manchester for £1400 i think and with 80,000 on the clock. Well just over. The people that were selling it didnt drive it for a good 6months as ended a new wheel bearing and other little bits but wanted a good £1800 for it. But hes got them down as you can see but its a 3.5k car as it is.

Polo 9n1 'Twist' (Twist/ 9n "1" meas it had extras)

After passing my test on June 23rd two days before my Bday (one awesome present) and doing some serious miles i was planning to give it a good clean but also done this before hand, before i passed my test, but this was when we had the hose pipe ban.

Wheels off and as you can see they were, well grubby as. But no problem as i went ham on them lol All 4 were the same so only have one.

We also had pressed plates and surrounds fitted which my dad done when we go it.
So around september time, not sure, we go some crome dials fitted by my dad as he put some in his caddy van. (took pic today)

Thats all i have for now. But as you cane see im very lucky to have a nice first car and i give thanks to my dad and grandparents for that :thumb:

I know the bloke that's got my old MK5 GTI that's got the ED30 splitter from one of your MK5s on if that's any cancellation dude, maybe bring you a little closer to nostalgia?

Wow. Thanks for the awesome coments guys. Such an awesome forum! Do love the polo when shes clean. Been speeking with my brother and we dont really want to get shot of it haha.

Hopefully if i get the golf this year, i might be able to get to a meet or two if thats okay ;) Put a face to a name
