I bought this set http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Spline-bit-set-/261168338112?pt=UK_Hand_Tools_Equipment&hash=item3cced894c0

It has the m8 splined bit needed for removing the banjo bolt.

I was £8 from my local autoparts store.

So have you managed to change it?

I found that I did not have enough room to get under and undo it with my ratchet?

Not yet. I have had my APR pump and new cam follower for a few weeks now but been too busy with work to be able to get time to do it.

I'm planning to use a bit of tape on the splined bit and use a ratchet spanner for removing the bolt.

That should work :happy2: Replaced mine after 68k and to be honest it did not need changing :happy2:
