Any Alarm fitters on the Forum? Advice needed Please.

As the title says, I'm after some impartial advice on an alarm system.

Its for a friend of mine. He is nearly ready to move into his Industrial Unit but the previous company has removed the Alarm hardware before leaving. Good news is, all the wiring has been left in place. 

The Unit is relatively small and has just 1x Electric Roller Shutter, 1x Door and 1x Small Window.

Now we are not really sure what will be needed. Guessing it will be a Control Box, Keypad, Ext Alarm Box, Sensors for Shutter Door, Normal Door and Window???
From what has been listed, can anyone suggest a ball-park figure for this lot?
Are there any brands he should be looking for/avoid? He has been spending a small fortune lately and he just doesn't what to get ripped off.   

I've told my friend that the best thing to do would be to get a few quotes and from what the guys say, he will get a rough idea on whats needed and price.

Well first of all... it needs to be fitted by a professional alarm installer otherwise it wont be "Insurance company friendly" if you get me.

So...... you just need to ring around and get some guys to come and give you quotes!
