Why is my car saying speed 20 mph exceeded

My ed30 with highline and cruise has just started saying speed 20 mph exceed, how do I get this off

When you are going through your MFD and looking at all the things like ave. speed, mpg, etc...there is one called "speed warning". Yours right now says 20. Hit the "ok" button twice and it should put 3 lines in place of the 20. Then you will have no annoying notification every time you exceed 20 mph.
