« on: February 14, 2013, 06:28:35 pm »
Im looking to lower my Edition 30 by around 40mm. Am i best going for a cheapish set of coilovers say FK's or buy a set of Eibach or H+R lowering springs?

I would say good springs over cheap crashy coilovers.

They are about -35mm IIRC. I had them and the ride quality and stance was spot on. . .  :happy2:

Not too sure which ones are correct for my car? Looking on eBay and online, they seem to have alot of different versions. Some -25mm, -30-35mm and -40-45mm?anyone got the part number for them?

I'll be going H&R or Eibach when I lower mine.

I don't know what to do now. I WAS looking at getting FK Silverlines, but now for much less, everyone suggests springs... I don't mean to hijack, but what do people think?

I have springs on mine but its not low enough so bought some KWs. I like to think suspension isnt something to scrimp on so buy the best you can!
