VAGCOM (VCDS)
« on: February 15, 2013, 08:29:46 pm »
I'm visiting a friend tomorrow who has the full version of VAGCOM or VCDS. Just wondering what little things i could change on the car with it? Things like needle sweeping on start-up, mirror dip on reverse etc etc.

Had a look through that, thanks! So can needle sweeping not be enabled? Also, the dipping mirror would be handy if possible?

Oh the dipping mirror - not much chance of that unless you've got folding mirrors!

Not necessarily. My car does not have folding mirrors, but it does have dip on reverse.

I have to be careful with my car. It seems to have 'kerb on reverse' unless I'm careful!

1-turning fog lights
2-self locking doors which activate at 15mph and re-open when key taken out or if in crash ( which automatically puts the hazzord,s on a well )
3-beep on keyfob locking and opening
4-1 press on key fob for full door lock / open
5-coming home lights / headlights staying on for more than 5 seconds etc
6-boot pop coding in prep for fitting the boot pop kit

just a few things you may want to do
