just a couple more pics of the turbo kit, for anyone interested in going big power.. everything included complete bolt on solution.. nothing needs fabricating no boost pipes etc and a k04 downpipe would fit so no custom downpipe needed! Gone are the days when it was a big job fitting lhd turbo kits, where everything had to be fabricated from scratch to make it fit

Stock internals are okay with big turbo stage 3 aren't they? It's only stage 4 which requires forged block?

If you are thinking of The Cupra/S3/ED30 stage 3 then yes stock internals are fine if you tune it right, i have 489bhp and 546Nm on stock Cupra BWJ engine atm, but as my car started as a stock GTI and therefore K03 from the factory i am running a stage 4 map which compares to the stage 3 of Cupra/S3/ED30  :happy2:

Its the kit ive had on for awhile now mate just got some better pics of the full kit

Stage3/4 can be run on the stock motor just depends on what boost etc how safe its going to be personally i wouldnt run 480-500hp on a standard engine but i do drive my car hard and it will see track, what hp is safe on the stock engine i dont know tsr are testing the kit with stage 4 on a standard cupra k04 engine at the moment

I would only go up to 450 bhp maximum on stock block but that Is quite away for me yet as got other bits that have more priority at the moment, like clutch  :signLOL:
