I had the same Issue with the drivers side intercooler hose, trimmed to get it on, unfortunately it started to pop off on full load at track days however tight the clip was. In the end got another one from Forge £60!!  It has a small kink in it, (not as much as yours would have been) seems to run OK though.

When you on Track Pikey?? I'm at Goodwood on the 30th March

so do forge know of this issue and there is a different pipe mate? its a bit of a p*ss take really.. i knew there was some trimming involved but shouldnt expect it from forge really

and nothing sorted yet mate.. more interested in getting it sorted over the next few months untill summer.. and then will probaly just do my local castle combe

its not the atmoshperic one mate but the flutter is very loud combined with the ITG know

100% it pulls harder.. possibly could have been a leak on a old hose i dont know..

My Forge hoses fitted equally as bad if not worse, took us an hour to get it correct.  I think they allow for cars with things fitting in slightly different positions but still! it is a comedy hose. 

I would also add that my car was faster after fitting, the acceleration was crisp and  felt at least 10 BHP faster certainly noticeable enough to discount placebo effect.

Little update

Had the car up at TSR Performance today for REVO Stage2 held off 2+ untill i got the southbend clutch and already i seem to be getting a small amount of slip on the motorway on the way back in 6th.. but it seems okay through the gears at the moment
