I went with Turbosmart. I was told by a company who used to use TIAL all the time that they moved to Turbosmart as they don't leak boost and don't require any cooling, so no coolant leakage. 
I have heard good things about turbosmart to lately, allthough i havent had any problems with my tial it has jus developed a coolant leak where an engine mount came loose and the engine rocked and hit against the line, but may try one ine the future
