I love how they are not only using Current F1 technology on this but also giving the car features from the current regs.   :notworthy:

Not sure what car you would be racing down country lanes were you need an extra kick of 180 bhp to go with the 732 bhp already on tap.        :driver:

It is a cool piece of kit.

Nice little video of it on the streets of Chobham.  :happy2:

I just don't like it. I can appreciate the technology but it doesn't stir my loins. Not like a 458 or a Aventador does.

Loving that he's tailing the P1 in a 458 Spider. The exhaust note of the Ferrari away from the junctions is much nicer than the Macca.

Great engineering, as usual from McLaren, but it also doesn't really get me excited like Lambo's & Ferrari's do.

I like it.

It would stop me in my tracks if I saw one, just like a Ferrari or Lamborghini would.

However with this, like the MP4-12C, I'd know I was looking at something a little bit more rare...

My office is just up the road from the factory. See alot of the MP4-12C's come past. Waiting to see one of these.

I really like it. Think its got the wow factor that people felt was missing from the MP4-12C

Completly agree, i think the styling of this is absoultly crazy i for one fricken love it! Looks better as the complete version with the honeycombed rear.
The 12c was so bland and boring, if im buying a supercar i want flair and madness and so i would have always gone for a lambo, but this certainly changes things!

And DRS and what is essentially KERS lol! Just incase your struggling to get passed granny in her micra in front!

Not as good as this new VW

Volkswagen unveils world's 'most fuel efficient car' that 'will do 313 miles to the gallon and cost just £1.40 to travel 62 miles'

The radical VW XL1 will be powered by a tiny 800cc diesel engine and a separate electric motor and battery pack, with a modest top speed of 99mph.
