It seems that while they can see that recently it's had an issue they will not replace anything because at that time it apparently has no faults.
They haven't even confirmed whether or not the car has coil packs from a range of defective parts. Not proactive.
I almost wish it was under warranty now as I could simply give it to JKM and ask Jim to fix it for me (do you see what I did there
