Look like Porsche/Brembo calipers but they don't look exactly like the boxster calipers in my NQSBBK.

I'm thinking maybe 996's...  will they still be ok for NQS BBK?

Great, thanks, any links to AKS's kit?
Is it a step up from the usual 986 calipers? Requiring bigger discs etc.

They are 370mm brembo discs on fully floating bells.  The calipers are Brembo GT Senior 4 pots which have the same piston sizes as the TTRS calipers.

Definitely not a NQS BBK then!

There definitely f40s then? Reason I ask is that Alex in another thread says Brembo 4 pot seniors...
At the very least these calipers are going to need much ginger discs than the standard 312 then?
Which would probably require different wheels to Monza 18 and or spacers?

They are Far East manufactured Porsche 993 Turbo copies from a company called compbrake.

Max disc size is around 330mm and configured for a 34mm wide disc......

From way back when 16" rims were for supercars only and brakes needed to supplant diameter for width

They're as wide as my house......Lots of pad choice sometimes used by the T5 Volvo community as they bracket able for use under 16s

Same hydraulically as the 996T Caliper but troublesome to get to fit on a VAG

Cheers for that Dave... it seems you really do get what you pay for (not that I've bought these) - thought they were going cheap. Thanks! :happy2:

I think I saw these on ebay when I was having a browse last week. They were looking pretty cheap for new calipers...now I know why.

Yes they were on the bay, good price, shame they don't fit.
