I would imagine yes, as they are lacquered, and Iron X is safe on lacquered surfaces
However if you have chips/whiteworming, it may leech into these and have undesirable effects...

As above, in theory it should be fine as most alloys will be lacquered. If kerbed or something, I'd be more wary.
