Keep randomly getting a engine fault workshop on the dash, it stays on for random amounts of time and goes off randomly too.
When scanned and its on it brings up a fault code saying
16955 - Brake Switch (F)
P0571 - 000 - Implausible Signal - MIL ON
Anyway, all my brake lights work even when its on, so I imagine its the brake light switch? How do I change this or does it just become stuck or something? I can't find anything on it.
However, I also have the following fault codes...
01518 - Bulb for Back-Up Lights; Left (M16)
012 - Electrical Fault in Circuit - Intermittent
00987 - Lamp for Brake Light; Left (M9)
012 - Electrical Fault in Circuit - Intermittent
01800 - Light Switch (E1)
008 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent
01314 - Engine Control Module
004 - No Signal/Communication - Intermittent
00576 - Terminal 15
006 - Short to Plus - Intermittent
So I'm not really sure as a few of the above aren't listed on Ross-Tech's website
