NQSBBK
« on: February 26, 2013, 04:36:28 pm »
So recently managed to get a hold of a used front brake kit, porsche calipers and 330 merc disks.
Which is a decent rear setup to match these?

I reckon general consensus will be the R32/S3 310mm rears.

Read this thread too http://www.mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,60375.0.html

The standard rears actually complement the NQSBBK pretty well :happy2:

This is also true, my car used to have 345mm OEM front setup with standard rears and it worked perfectly well on the road  :happy2:

R32, S3,  DaveB's latest recommendation, the  Caddy 2K calipers or even Mk6 GTI rear Calipers (sure I read they were better than the Mk5 equivalent).
