So recently managed to get a hold of a used front brake kit, porsche calipers and 330 merc disks.
Which is a decent rear setup to match these?

I reckon general consensus will be the R32/S3 310mm rears.

The standard rears actually complement the NQSBBK pretty well

This is also true, my car used to have 345mm OEM front setup with standard rears and it worked perfectly well on the road

R32, S3, DaveB's latest recommendation, the Caddy 2K calipers or even Mk6 GTI rear Calipers (sure I read they were better than the Mk5 equivalent).
