Did you ever use the glass cleaner to remove the wiper marks?

Got them here mate:

Not fitted yet, but are buggers to separate so hopefully up to the job.

Sold the decat to Jake on here, SurreyED30, garage that fitted said good bit of kit.

Is this staying or going?

Staying for the time being Nath  :happy2:

Yes, got rid of all of them bar one

Picked up some new window seals from VW last week. My driver side ones had a few marks on that always bugged me.

So set about taking the door skins off, sounds a more scary job than it is. Just make sure you mark where all screws go as different lengths etc.

Passengers rear off, 30torq all around the edge, then remove handle with 20torq. Door skin off!

So I remembered which screw went where  :happy2:

New rubber:

Both rubbers were held in with 6 little plastic clips, pull the centre pin out then they pop off, fitting is same just reverse.

Gave panel quick clean whilst skin was off  :ashamed:

New trim on and all fitted back up together:

Front was same as the rear:

Job done! Then had cuppa and gave car quick wash

Nice to get them ticked off the list  :happy2:

One of my LED sidelights went this week.

So tried these Xenon look 3500K bulbs from Halfords, initial impression is very good.  :happy2:
