Ok, in the fuse box, look at the positions in my guide, but ultimately you're looking for a slot that has feed. You can tell the difference between one with a feed and a blank one as the one with a feed had a metal connector to accept one leg of the fuse.

The other leg it made by inserting the relevant wire from the heated seat loom which will then make a complete 'socket' for the fuse.

Use a multimeter to test for constant / ignition live, find the ones you need insert the wire from the loom.

Nearly there!! :)

Nice one Jason, think that makes sense! Am I looking for 12v when the ignition is on, and then 0v when turned off? And use this principle for all 5 wires that I need to get in to the fuse box? Hopefully get at this again tomorrow afternoon! :happy2:

Hmm, went to see about getting the wires plugged in to the fuse box, and none of the suggested pin holes, 34 etc have the one part of the feed, they are all empty, see pic, apart from a few, but no big ones, only the smaller connection/fuse. 

Stuck, help!  :smiley: :thinking:

Might have to use a piggyback fuse connector then if no slots available.

That's wierd, no slots available!
As Raz says, you can get a couple of piggy back adapters.

And reference your question about voltage. For constant live, you're looking for 12v even when ignition is off.

For ignition live, 12v only when ignition on.

Edit... been looking at these piggy back fuses.... It looks like i'll have to change the connections on the end of the wires to something that will slot into the wire coming from the piggy back setup, i can't find one that will take the current lock pin type (not sure what the term for this is?) 

And i think i'm correct in saying that i can have two different size fuses in to the 2 slots of the piggy back block?

Going off the kufatec instructions you need:
2 x KL30 for 20A constant live
3 x KL15 for 15A ignition live

The other 2 x KL30 for seat adjustment, just tape up out the way.

S the 2 x kl-30, 30A Seat adjustment isn't anything to do with lumber adjustment?

So you should have:
Thick wire, 30A for heated seats x 2?
Thick wire 20A for lumbar adjustment x 2?
Thin wire 5A for ignition live for heated seats.

That's 5, which leaves 2 not required for seat memory?

So not this then?

SOive got four cables that need to go to the fuse box...hmm..

I'm not sure I follow you?  I've got the 7 wires left, and just need the sort out which of the 7 wires left I need. And how to go about buying a piggyback fuse with the matching fixings to the current wires..

The kufatec instructions seem to suggest that I need to plug all 7 in! (sh*t instructions, if this isn't the case!)

I assume your only interested in the heated seats working and not the lumber or memory seat.
So with that in mind if you connect the two heaviest connector to a temporary fused supply you'll be able to check if there's a feed to the under seat modules, that would be my starting point.

I have gone back and checked my installation, I only had 3 wires at the fuse box.
Unless some of these wires make a 'pair' for a fuse Connection?

I would call richter sport to see if they can help shed some light on why the loom has changed?

Richer Sport are the UK contact for kufatec.

I'll look at some wiring diagrams tomorrow to try work it out.
