The company i was going to use musnt be very good then as its chipped off in quite a few places

IMO, same day service is a put-off. Obviously there is a lot of rushing about to get them done and corners are cut. I'd rather wait a few days and get them done properly :)

The company I have used will only turn it around in 3 to 4 days.

I don't see how you can do it correctly any quicker.
