LED Sidelights Broken
« on: March 02, 2013, 11:37:42 am »
Well had some LED sidelights in the car for about 18 months , bought after somebody on this site pointed me in the right direction of the ones that didn't cause any falfunction on the dash. Well both these bulbs(Is that what you call them) have broken at the same time ?? The bit that lights up has broken off and fallen into the headlight . Anyone else had this happen and what could have caused it ? Expect the items were cheap chinese type items but a right pain the the @rse to get the bits out of the headlight !

That will probably be a pain to get the broken bits out.

I fitted MTEC sidelight bulbs and they are nice and white. They're just a normal bulb so you wouldn't have this issue again if you fitted these instead.
