Quick Question Regarding R32
« on: March 02, 2013, 11:51:28 pm »
Hey everyone, my old mans going to look at an 08 plate dsg r32 tomorrow, is there anything that we need to be looking out for apart from the rust?

Cheers  :happy2:

i think there was a faulty batch of DSG mechatronics units around the MY07 model year, which this car could be if it was registered late. make sure that the gearbox is smooth, no stalling etc. and have a play with the paddles. also make sure that it's been serviced on time.

Yea as above DSG mechatronics needs checking, take it for a drive and see if it runs smooth and no jerkiness, also check for coil pack recall.
