colour coding plus
« on: July 18, 2009, 11:51:22 am »
hey guys
 need your thoughts on this....

am getting the side skirts and upper rear bumper colour coded BMP monday

i want to also run some "piping"trim along the edge similar to the red strip in our grills to just set it off
here is a CW that has done it and i think it will look even better on black esp as i have the red spiltter ala' greenouse(fanx again matey hee hee)
this guy is from the us forum-i,m sure he wont mind us viewing his pics-which look great, love this style of photography too

and closer

will it be too much if i atempt to follow it along the side skirts so it follows all around the car?
 :jumping: or  :ashamed:
let the flames begin  :jumpmove:

also bear in mind i am saving stupidly hard to get the monzas powdercoated satin black and attempt some sort of red caps... or a red version of this.which is so sweeeet

this is the original poster-nice looking car-stunning stuff and soooo many changes-
hope this is ok to post a thread on another board-if not sorry and i,ll remove or mods can do so.

let me know if i just crossed the line to naffness :embarrassed:

OMG  :jumping:

LOOK AT THAT WHEEL!!!

nyom nyom nyom

i reckon it sounds like a pretty cool idea mate, not commonly done and if it looks rubbish you can always undo it, maybe try it out with a pinstriping tape to see if you like the look of it before you commit to paint?

I've already purchased some red piping to go round the rear bumper but haven't got around to doing it as yet!

So I say go for it!  :happy2:
