Forum Mega-Meet at GTI Inters.....

Ian, Ben and Robin had a chat about the mega meet whilst at the JKM dyno day today. We all agree that it would be best to hold the mega meet at GTI international and have a proper club stand for the weekend.

Ian has had trouble finding suitable campsites for the meet due to the campsite various rules which we do not fit into  

Having the meet at GTI international will allow us to get together in a suitable environment where we are not going to get problems with police and the local public. There will also be more entertainment at GTI International so this should make it a better weekend for all involved.

Ian is going to organise the club stand (SteveP is helping with this - Thanks Steve)

£12.50 day ticket.
£25 weekend ticket (camping costs extra).

I think it's a great idea Robin! You can have the meet aspect on the Clubstand then also go and have a wander when/if you get bored.

The hardcore can camp out too so it'll not be much different to a meet at a Campsite. I'm going to be staying in a hotel though if I'm honest!

It would be great if a lot of people committed to this and made the Stand a sight to behold!

Sunday is typically the busier day tbh matey! Weather dependant of course.

If this is going to work Robin... you need to contact the organisers and make sure that you can get an area for about 30-40 cars... otherwise it will fall flat on its arse.

....The way it works is that all those attending need to buy their tickets and inform GTI-Inters that they want a space on this GTI forum Club Stand. Then Inters will allocate enough space.

I'll be up for this  I was planning on going to inters on the Saturday but if more of you guys/gals will be down on the Sunday then I'll come then.
