Ian, Ben and Robin had a chat about the mega meet whilst at the JKM dyno day today. We all agree that it would be best to hold the mega meet at GTI international and have a proper club stand for the weekend.

Ian has had trouble finding suitable campsites for the meet due to the campsite various rules which we do not fit into  

Having the meet at GTI international will allow us to get together in a suitable environment where we are not going to get problems with police and the local public. There will also be more entertainment at GTI International so this should make it a better weekend for all involved.

Ian is going to organise the club stand (SteveP is helping with this - Thanks Steve)  

GTI INTERNATIONAL: 6th & 7th JULY @ Shakespeare County Raceway near Stratford-on-Avon.

£12.50 day ticket.
£25 weekend ticket (camping costs extra).

Looks like a number of people are coming down on Sunday only so I think I will most likely come on Sunday, as it will be the busier day and get to meet more of your guys/gals

How do I buy a club stand pass? I cannot put the show tickets and club stand ticket in the basket at the same time and if I try to put only the club stand ticket it says your basket is empty, probably as its £0.00

This is infuriating. You can't buy a ticket and add a club stand pass into the same basket!

Dont worry about it , Ive been twice in a bog standard GTI with 17" Monzas , as long as its a MK5 GTI its welcome on the stand!

Bought 2 ticket's for Sunday and the Club Stand ticket

Managed to buy both at the same time. Had to buy them using Firefox browser as IE didn't want to play ball for some reason

Use Firefox (as I did) or I think turning of IE's security should do it

Thats me booked up for the Sunday (Inc club stand pass) , staying in the Premier Inn in Evesham on the A46 , approx 12 miles away on the Sat night. Sorted!

Yes club stand is free. Its just so they know how many cars will be on the stand.
