Went yesterday disappointed really, dead and not many traders I think whilst I was running strip throughout the day I counted another 5 mk5s so bit of crap turnout. Great weather though and good track time

Well there were a few more today. Spotted Thor and Chungster. Met up with Hurdy. Had a chat with SteveP. Think I spotted the Mitchell brothers but not too sure. Didn't really see anyone else and got a bit bored so left around 1400 (after being there at 0815).

EPIC day today. Some great 1/4 mile runs (got a video of Hurdy's R  :drool:)

Fastest run of the day was a mk1 scirocco which did a 9.6  :notworthy:

Was great to meet a few more forumer's too  :happy2:

We parked up on the club stand at about 10am. Was only enough space for 15 cars I think. Saw Saint Steve and son, then Mandy and Romany turned up in 2 seperate cars, then Rachael and crew.

Bumped into usual suspects of Thor/Markymark and his mate Mark/Greeners/Wigit/Stealthwolf/vRS Alex and Hurdy in sprint queue. Also saw Mr and Mrs Beddie with new family addition  :happy2:

Grandstand Viewing of sprint comp much better. Trade stalls were bit poor though not that I was after anything. Didn't spend a single penny today. Thanks to Uncle Wigit for the Ice Cream!  :drinking:

No APR representation though. Where's all these big power TTRS's that keeps being mentioned but never seen in action?

Gotta say impressed with Stattlers turnout saw quite a few of their cars bomb up the strip time and time again. MRC turbo'd R8 looks badass but didn't actually see it run.
