Hello all! New Mk5 owner from near Winchester, Hants :)

Hello Everybody.

New addition to the family in the shape of a 2007 Mk5 Golf GT TDi 140 in Graphite Blue , It's replaced the now rather weary Mk4 TDi daily so i can keep the Mk2 Golf tucked away in the garage until the sun eventually makes an appearance...

I haven't had the car for a week yet but just a quick look through the forum has already given me a rather large list of mods and ideas for the future :jumping: First things first, I had better get saving!

Look forward to meeting everyone.

Thanks for the welcome, I will get some photos up of the Mk5 soon, just needs a wash first. The Mk2 is a 16v turbo circa 320bhp, Its fairly subtle though... small bumper, Mk4 steels and national trust sticker in the back window :smiley:.

Incase you guys are interested there's a meet on sunday 17 march at southampton mayflower park starts at 3. Should be al sorts. Jap euro and french. Is being organized by a club called southern customs.
