GT TDI HELP PLEASE

Hi all, i have a 2003 gt tdi 130 with 184k on the clock, recently its started misfiring bad from cold, almost like its running on 3, sounds horrid, no boost etc, but as soon as it warms up at around 70 deg it runs perfect,, boosts and everything its meant to.  ive heard about injector looms,. could it be this ?? thanks in advance.

Start with a scan first as there's plenty areas which could cause this issue.
