Washers not working

I have a 54 plate tdi mk5 and my washers have stopped working also my intermittent wipers have stopped to
I have searched in the manual and on here for the location of the fuse but doesn't seem to be one :/ can anybody help please

Did your washer fluid freeze at any point? Check and replace the fuse first off.

No didn't freeze and I can't find the fuse

Iirc F19 30A, any chance of getting it scanned? Could be unrelated like the bonnet microswitch...
