R32 Rear Bumper Q

Hello All,

I was just working on the car removing the rear bumper as i am going for the R32 style back.

My question is: Is the foam part on the rear different and does it need replacing??? I was reading a guide from a chap in the US who replaced the foam part.
Also, do I need to remove the rear crach bracket???

Any help would be much appreciated.  :happy2:
