You could use the best known process. As in, what are people achieving with similar/same mods to yourself.
There is some wizardry that can be done using VCDS I think. Ive yet to try it.
Plot maf and rpm, I've got an excel document that can output the estimated flywheel hp and torque at the sampled VCDS points and outputs a nice little graph :)
Log the MAF during a 3rd or 4th gear run... find the peak value and divide it by 0.8
