Is that all is needed? How about gaitor or anything?

its nowhere near the gaitor - its a part that fits on the end of the shifter cables on the top of the gearbox.

Don't forget to upgrade your shifter bushes (to 42 Design ones) while your at it, makes ALL the difference.
