This is some spec of car when finished. 500BHP and your really shifting, 600BHP and your flying. You will defo need to respect what is at your right foot when out on the open road.
Best of luck with this project Jonny

Iain

Completely agree there mate, its going to be a very very fast car!

Probably the fastest road car I have ever driven was a 680hp Porsche 996 GT2.. That weights quite a bit more than im planning for the S3 and it was insane! S3 should have similar type of performance I would have said.. We will find out soon!

USP in the states have got to 620WHP with a 3076R turbo, running around 2 bar of boost with race fuel..

So with good road spec fuel and plenty of boost it should be attainable.. Anyways, thats the aim, got to have something to aspire to

And no, the turbo will be built to such a spec that it would cope with that boost no issues.. Basically the same spec as a WRC turbo, which run huge huge boost!

AFI are one of the best tubular manifold builders in the states, they have developed the kit with BSH so I know its going to be good. Its a long way ahead of anything else on the market at the moment!

Its being built locally and mapped by Revo

Downpipe should be off early next week  :happy2:

Thats being worked on as we speak, think were going to have to upgrade the intank stuff, USP do a kit so ill see how it goes on the standard stuff first, and then go from there..

Its going to be done in a couple of hits anyways.. Get the engine and turbo kit on there, mapped, and run it for a little while..

Then ill be having the head pulled off, flowed, ported polished etc etc.. Ferrea valve train kit fitted and thats the top end done.

Whilst its off ill have all of the exhaust parts at the front end ceramic coated and maybes go bigger with the turbo

AND, sort out the low pressure fuel system so that we can go for 600!
