Wow Jonny. Looks very nice. I hope you know a fantastic stainless steel welder in case the exhaust manifold needs to be altered at all.  Would be a shame to have to butcher it, but do you think this is a possibility?

No way the manifold needs touching. The only difference from the FWD to 4WD at that end is the prop and haldex, that would only affect the downpipe and dump tube..

Thats fantastic then. Wasnt sure what else in front of the bulkhead could have affected it if anything. Cant wait to see this put together.

I really like you attention to detail with this project - done propperly, and with presission.

If i've missed it then sorry, but are you planning on running a hadlex controller ?

Can you give me detail on where to aquire these draft 42 solid shifter bushings please, it's be a nice addition to the 'feel' of my car ?

Don't judge me by your ability !

my mate had a 1042bhp norris designs evo 8 and that was running shy of the 9 second 1/4 mile, that had dog box and everything fitted ot it, he spent over £70,000 on it, so if your s3 gets in the 10's that some pretty good going

To go from 10's to 9's on the 1/4 takes a serious amount of BHP and £..

As I have said before I dont know the CC/Min rating on the RS4 injectors, just that they are fine for what im after..  Standard fuel pump, S3 runs a different LP fuel system to the GTI etc..

Thanks mate, its coming along nicely now! 500/600hp is going to be fun for sure, especially when the weight is out!

No offense mate but it helps if you can drive.. Plus, the difference between a low 10 / high 9 and a high 10 is massive!
