As tilte says I'm looking to buy myself vag com but don't know a thing about it really so would like to know where I can get it and is it possible to get any stats on what is normal readings of a standard gti as if I gets vag com and plugs it in and logs the car I ain't got a clue what's normal or abnormal

VAG COM will set you back around £200 - £260 (New) It depends what you want to use if for. What are you thinking is wrong with your car? Is there any reason to suspect a difference from a standard GTI to yours?

Basically I am having a problem with my car with it being lumpy on idle almost like a missfire but had it plugged into a snap on diagnostics and showed no fault so just wanted to log it and see if everything is running as it should be as I am stumped as I have changed all coils and plugs new DV and PCV also cam follower and still playing up

If you want your own VCDS lead I got mine from Nigel aka 'NHN' on the forum.  He's an official VAGCOM outlet and a few guys on here have purchased through him.  Very helpful guy.  :happy2:
