Another cam follower question

Right got new follower today my car is a 57 reg edition 30 dsg model the guide I found mentioned TDC setting but mentioned apr pump my car standard do I need to touch the TDC or is it simply remove pump and fit new follower thanks for any help

I wouldn't worry to much about tdc pal, just make sure you tighten the pump mounting bolts evenly, a turn at a time on each bolt when refitting. I've changed half a dozen this way and never had an issue

I didnt bother with tdc when I replaced mine
