Great stuff, cheers guys, when the weather gets better I'll give it the works.
Regarding product, I have:
Snow Foam:
Magifoam
Wash:
Megs Gold Class with Megs lambswool mit
Dry:
Various large Microfibre towels
Clay:
Dodo Claybar
Polish:
Autoglym Super Resin (somehow have loads of this)
Glaze:
Megs #7
Wax:
Dodo Blue Velvet
Any additions / replacements? I don't have a dual action polisher yet.
Any suggestions for getting rid of stone chips? Front end is quite bad due to previous owner sitting on the motorway a fair bit... I read a thread about getting some of the cars paint code made up and mixing 50.50 with some thinner; after stripping the car back to Paint and clearcoat, apply it / wait to dry and "cut it back" somehow... sounds a bit advanced, but interesting.

I wouldn't rinse before the snowfoam personally. It's more likely to slide off a wet car.

I was going to say I find you get much better results with snowfoam if you don't rinse first I have tried both ways and it definitely dwells better with no pre-rinse

Won't be for a while with all this weather about, need the summer now, had enough of the snow, salt and gritting machines
I'm sure there are much better examples, mines done over 110k and the front end is pebble dashed; I'd love to get that sorted, but probably require a respray; unless someone knows of an alternative method?

I'd add in tar removal and fallout removal prior to clay as well. The first two may well reduce the claying requirement or at least make it easier.
