So there was a huge queue for fuel at Tesco, quite a lot more than normal and a Fire Engine. Quite odd as there clearly wasn't a fire and some of the pumps were still open. I see a van blocked off by cones, and sand everywhere. What had happened was this; the van had just filled up, he went to pull away and the fuel tank just bottomed out.
