Thinking about buying a salvage
« on: March 26, 2013, 02:07:58 am »
what do you think of this? the bidding finished tomorrow.

im not to clued up about pricing or even if its worth looking at really ive been told its not.

but i really want a gti and im just unsure how much i would have to spend on it by looking at it in the pics.

It has side damage but wonder if this could lead to massive issues

opinions welcome just seems a great price but if its gonna cost 5k to fix then i wouldent bother, i just know its an older model and has all of the nice lil better build qualities on the interior.

Looks like a pricey one to fix mate..  Multiple airbags needed for starters..   Save your money and buy a good one.. You know it makes sense!  J

If you bought it, you could make most of the money back on the leathers...

Its up to £1800 now on a 54 reg . As a cat c done, its prob worth 4.5-5k. It'll prob cost 1500-2k to put right. Not worth the  bother imo.
