Anybody in the hampshire area know how to programme them in that can do it for me?

You could try PMing these VCDS owners:
Hampshire -- vRStu -- Hex+CAN,  RNS510 Manager (PIN recovery, ViM etc)
Hampshire Winchester - -Degudodger -- Hex+CAN
