The mk7 GTi could be ordered from 26th March, just wanted to know if anyone had ordered yet and if the dealers had any brochures yet?

You can configure one on the Irish website: http://www.volkswagen.ie/en/sales/configurator.html

You can't select the performance pack as it's not available in Ireland. AFAIK xenons are standard in the UK also, but are extra here.

17" wheels are standard too.

Not yet ....

Dealers have only just got pricing themselves, looks like the 26th launch date wasn't planned too well

I got mine up to £34,214! The performance pack option is a no brainer at only £980 , looks like that 'Laser Blue - a like' colour hasnt made it to the UK , I doubt it is 'Night Blue' as that looks far too dark. Two Silvers and 2 Greys as well , how very boring - wheres the Yellows and Oranges and Bright Greens?? - not even Java Brown is on the GTI list.

It's a grand for the white pearlescent paint alone

Thats what I'd have , or Tornado Red , not enamoured with any of the other colours.

Mine came to £31,989. Good to see the base price where it is. Means less options to tick with 18"s and xenons standard too.

I went for DSG, DNS pro, performance pack, dynaudio, pure white, colour display, keyless entry, 5 year warranty a d fixed servicing.

I can't see why you would need to spend more money on other options tbh?
