Residue removal
« on: April 05, 2013, 09:17:28 pm »
I'm going to remove my bury BT unit from my mk6. The display is stuck to the dash via the supplied adhesive pad. No doubt it will leave some residue or marks what could I use to completely clean the dash up?

Try Tar Remover on a rag.. test an inconspicous area first though to check for colour fastness.. on an interior, the worst thing is stick-on stuff as it's always a pain in the bum to take off.. Failing tar remover, a hair drier and a Blockbuster card..  :innocent:
And failing that, well let's cross that bridge when we get there.
