Best plugs

Can anyone recommend a set a good spark plugs for a stage 1 gti? Anyone use NGK BKR7EIX???

VW switched to using a 7 heat rating NGK plug as replacement so the BKR7EIX should be ok to use.
Without traction power is nothing!
