Hi all,

Update for you - went to spray shop yesterday and the guy was there luckily. He was quite reasonable when i said i wasn't happy with it, agreed it wasn't a quality job but claimed he keyed it, adhesion promoted and primed it first.

I gave him the options of redoing or money back and he said he'd re-do. Not what I wanted but i have to give him a chance.

Said I wanted it flatted right back to the plastic, keyed, adhesion promoter, primer, base, lacquer. And not just a touch up - the entire bumper. Seemed to agree.

Not to take it back off and se what happens eh!

Thanks for all the advice, really appreciate it :)

Sounds reasonable, at least your giving him the chance... be interesting to see what it comes back like.  I'd be tempted to give it a powerwash after it's cured and hardened properly.

Glad you got on okay, Might find it was a genuine mistake - paint not mixed properly or something - i dunno lol!

But yea as suggested above, first thing i'd do is go at it with a pressure washer & see what happens!
