DV Question

I have my car remapped maybe 2 weeks now and prior to the remap i changed the DV to revision G. How loud should the release be on the DV should it be chattering ,all the reading on DV failing has me paranoid.I think its louder than the last few days.
Couldn't fail after two weeks could it?

I am just paranoid?

Remapped and pre cat removed if that matters
