which plugs to use on a stage 2 ed30?

Hi,im wanting to change the spark plugs on my stage 2 ED30 and seen the ngk BKR7EIX,are these ok on a mapped car or ive heard good things about the denso VK24Y`S..

Can anyone recommend any.

The BKR7EIX should be fine for your car.
You may also want to consider just using the stock plugs or the Nology silver ones.
Without traction power is nothing!

i will be going to stage 2+ soon so will new stock plugs be ok?
