I took mine to a mates garage, charged me 3 hours labour (did take him longer due to a bolt not wanting to come out which then had to be drilled and a new one ordered from tps) the cam chain kit was about £102 they also had to order a cam locking tool which was £85 to do the job.
Standard black vw golf mk5 gti 2005 // evoms intake, miltek cat back, pre-cat delete, r-tech stage 1 remap, Mercedes alphards, kw coilovers.
