Damaged my rim. BBS colour help please.
« on: April 07, 2013, 10:28:23 pm »
Hi guys. I have managed to clip my front wheel twice now over the past month or so. Does anybody know of a good paint to buy that is a close match to the BBS hyper silver colour? Anybody have any tips/advice on how to repair this damage?  :ashamed: :sad1:

Cheers

Closest colour i know of that is to that silver is reflex silver LA7W from your local VW or paint shop. Can get it in touch up of spray form to do a trial test.

BBS are very secretive when it comes their paint codes IIRC, seems odd I know, they're only silver after all!  :stupid:

A load of threads on other forums and no answer one way or the other. There are a fair few different colours of silver as far as BBS are concerned, even the Silver colour used on the CH, CH-R and VZ wheels are all different apparently even though the wheels are (roughly) the same in appearance.

I've been looking into it just in case I FUBAR on of my BBS VZ's (with no luck).
