ko4 turbo help please

Hi everyone

Iv just bought this ko4 kit off here

I want to get it fitted asap but just wondering if anyone here can tell me if iv got everything to fit it to my car or is there anything missing from this that I should get

Any advice will be appreciated

You'll need 4x seal kits for the injectors, turbo to cylinder head gasket, oil and water line crush washers. Are you running the S3 cooler and a CAI with K04 branch off?

If you wanted to run the OE engine cover you'd need an extra hose.
Mk2 Octavia vRS with K04 conversion, 3"TBE & Decat, APR HPFP, BDM Intake, S3 I/C, Sachs clutch & Unicorn custom map, S3 brakes, AP coilovers, THS mounts.

Im going to order all those gaskets and washers

Im got itg but I need to get that ko4 dv bung that merlin motor sport sell

Is there anything else I would need?

The DV connector will need extending to allow it to reach the front of the engine with the relocated DV

Apparently you can unpick the original wiring loom back to the new DV location, so an extension is not required.
I made up my own extension.  
Mk2 Octavia vRS with K04 conversion, 3"TBE & Decat, APR HPFP, BDM Intake, S3 I/C, Sachs clutch & Unicorn custom map, S3 brakes, AP coilovers, THS mounts.

yea done it on mine,  just pull it back to the joint befor the coil packs.

Then get some of the plastic wire cover.   i did have the pn but cant find it.

It is redundant. You already have the relocation pipe, you just need the relocation bracket that fits on the inlet manifold to refit the DV. :smiley:

Do you already have an upgrade HPFP?
