You're going to have to get a specific map written to fool the ECU into thinking it is getting the correct signal from the 2nd lambda sensor, oh and its illegal.

Likely to get caught, probably not. Pass an MOT, no.

Sound ace and perform better than a sportscat at half the price - f*** yeah!

was more the engine issues than the law, mot ect ile just keep standard system for mots ect, can i not do anything with vag com to sort the lamda sensor issues out? If its going to cuase a pain ile just wait and get sports cat, oh and i want to run stage to bluefin so that wont work im guessing?

I'm pretty sure you can't VAGCOM fudge it, Speak to Superchips and see if they can write you a map, I know REVO have the capability.

you can get the sensor mapped out if u are going stage 2, i had a decat and it was fine, noticed a huge diference when i changed that with the 3" downpipe, my light came on once every month or two but switched of and was fine

its fine mate. revo, superchips all do de-cat maps if you ask them. I had a de-cat exhaust but sold it when i got a bargain 200 Cell sports Cat for the same price. but prior to this I had bluefin send me the de-cat specific stage 2 map, which is also usable with a 200 cell exhaust. So you can swap at your own leisure. it only requires a different code to deactivate the sensor
