Been told our cars have got 2 lambda sensors one befor the cat and one after is this true also anyone know the part numbers as been told this could be the cause of my lumpy idle and worse mpg

Yes they have 2 O2 sensors as you describe. Get your PCV checked as they cause lumpy idle.

Already had new PCV DV coils spark plugs cambelt and cam follower and a oil service
